Introduction of

ASEAN East Asia Friendship and Peace Foundation (AEAFAPF) was established in Phnom Penh on April 13, 2021 with the approval of the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The essence of the foundation is non-profit corporate public and private foundations. AEAFAPF will fully unleash its resource advantages in the field of non-government diplomacy, gather the power of social groups and under-privileged people, and conduct extensive and influential charitable public welfare activities with three core values "charity, peace, and friendship". The current Chairman of AEAFAPF is Oknha CHAO YUNTER, who is also the Director of the Cambodia International Cooperation and Development Bureau.

Purpose

Pass on the concept of peaceful development, Build up charitable projects, Support. Cambodian civil organizations in international communication, enhance mutual understanding as well as friendly cooperation between Cambodian and the world, enhance culture awareness, learn religious knowledge, Improve various fields in education, sports, health care, tourism, environmental protection and etc.

Our goals include

(a) encourage friendly cooperation with Cambodia government in anti-drug area by investing in the “ASEAN Phnom Penh Drug Rehabilitation Center Base construction and technical training project; (b) launch the research of botanical drug treatment in ASEAN and East Asia (especially the CBD extracted from hemp for drugs substitutes); (c) fund the outburst natural disasters and public health incidents; (d) commend and reward organizations or individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the realization of the foundation's purpose; (e) help disabled and poor to provide poverty alleviation and disaster relief; and (f) fund and organize other activities that in accordance with the purpose of foundation.
